Shipping Delivery – Handingwalls

Thank you for choosing our custom hand-painted station. To ensure that your shopping experience is pleasant and smooth, we have developed the following shipping policy so that you know important information about shipping your order.

Service hours

Our service hours are Monday-Friday/10:00 AM-6:00 PM (CST).
Orders placed after 6:00pm Monday to Thursday will be processed after 10:00am the next day.
Orders placed after 6:00pm on Friday will be processed after 10:00am on Monday. Orders are not processed on weekends.

The actual hand-painted works will be shipped to you within 1-2 business days after the customer confirms the finalization.

Cancel order

Our products are hand-painted works, please consider carefully before placing an order. We accept unconditional cancellation of orders within 24 hours after placing an order. We do not accept cancellations if the order takes more than 24 hours.

Design time

Our first version of hand painting will be completed within 3-5 business days. Expedited hand painting will be completed within 48 hours ($10 rush fee applies).

When the hand drawing is complete it will be sent to you using the email [email protected].

The physical hand-painted paintings will be shipped to you within 1-2 business days after customer confirmation is completed.

Freight

We use UPS Express to provide your shipping services. There is a $5 courier fee for each order.
If your order amount exceeds $60, we will not charge express delivery fees.

We do not charge shipping tax.

Shipping time is usually 2-4 business days, shipping time may vary in different regions.

Physical hand painting delivery time

The hand-painted drawing will be delivered to you within 6 business days after finalization.

Sale tax

In addition to the customization fee, we only charge a $5 express fee, and the sales tax is borne by the customer.

Express packaging

In order to avoid creases in the artwork, we use cylinder packaging.

Sign for receipt

Before signing for receipt, carefully inspect the outer packaging. Make sure the packaging is intact and not visibly damaged or wet. If the package is visually damaged, you have the right to refuse to sign for it. Contact the courier company immediately and explain the situation.

When signing for receipt, immediately open the package and inspect the hand-painted manuscript. Check for any damage, stains or other quality issues. If there is a problem, contact the courier company immediately and record photos as evidence.
