Service hours
Our service hours are Monday-Friday/10:00 AM-6:00 PM (CST).
Orders placed after 6:00pm Monday to Thursday will be processed after 10:00am the next day.
Orders placed after 6:00pm on Friday will be processed after 10:00am on Monday. Orders are not processed on weekends.
Cancel order
Our products are hand-painted works, please consider carefully before placing an order. We accept unconditional cancellation of orders within 24 hours after placing an order. We do not accept cancellations if the order is more than 24 hours old.
Modifications and refunds
We provide 2 free revisions for each artwork, and $1.5 service charge for each additional revision after that. (it is purely hand-painted, multiple revisions are not recommended).

1. If you are not satisfied with the first version, that is, if you are not satisfied with the first hand-painted version and are unwilling to modify it, and request a refund, you can get a full refund (including $5 shipping fee)
2. If you are not satisfied after more than 2 modifications and require a refund, 70% of the order amount can be refunded. (The order amount includes $5 shipping fee)
3. After the hand-painting is completed (after customer confirmation is completed), refunds are not supported.
The refund amount will be returned to your payment account within 1-2 business days. Refunds include shipping charges paid by the customer on their first purchase. To check the status of your refund, please check your PayPal account.
Return or exchange
Sorry, because it is a hand-painted work customized to each customer. We do not support returns or exchanges after the physical hand-painted paintings are sent, so please understand and understand.
Once you confirm the final work, you agree to this policy.
