Colored pencil is a form of painting between sketch and color. Its uniqueness lies in its rich and delicate colors, which can express a very realistic and full feeling.

Things to know before purchasing:

Customization process

1. Contact customer service, send pictures, tell whether it needs to be expedited, and other special requirements.
2. Confirm cooperation, place order and pay.
3. The first version of hand painting will be provided within 3-5 business days.
4. Modify the hand painting, which may take 2-3 business days. The specific time depends on the difficulty of hand painting and the progress of communication with the customer.
5. The hand-painted painting will be sent to you within 1-2 business days after it is finalized (after customer confirmation is completed).

Design time

Our first version of hand painting will be completed within 3-5 business days.
If you need urgent processing, please inform customer service in advance and we will complete the hand painting within 48 hours. There is a $10 rush fee for expedited orders.

Modifications and refunds

We provide 2 free revisions for each artwork, and $1.5 service charge for each additional revision after that. (it is purely hand-painted, multiple revisions are not recommended).

1. If you are not satisfied with the first version, that is, if you are not satisfied with the first hand-painted version and are unwilling to modify it, and request a refund, you can get a full refund (including $5 shipping fee)

2. If you are not satisfied after more than 2 modifications and require a refund, 70% of the order amount can be refunded. (The order amount includes $5 shipping fee)

3. After the hand-painting is completed (after customer confirmation is completed), refunds are not supported.
