We appreciate you choosing us, we offer PayPal and support Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

PayPal is a safe and fast way to pay online. You can complete payment using your PayPal account balance, linked credit card or bank account.

The following is a brief payment process to guide you through order payment:

Contact customer service: Send pictures to customer service to inform whether it needs to be expedited and other special requirements.

Add to shopping cart: After confirming cooperation, select the painting type and required size, add to shopping cart.

Checkout: Enter the checkout page and fill in the necessary order information, including shipping address.

Select payment method: On the checkout page, select the “PayPal” option. You will be directed to the PayPal payment page.

Confirm payment: After carefully checking the order information and amount, click the Confirm Payment button.

Payment successful: After payment is successful, you will receive an order confirmation email containing your order details.

Security guarantee

We use encryption technology to ensure that your payment information is fully protected during transmission. We are committed to protecting your personal privacy and payment security.

Cancel order

Our products are hand-painted works, please consider carefully before placing an order. We accept unconditional cancellation of orders within 24 hours after placing an order. We do not accept cancellations if the order has been placed more than 24 hours ago.

Hand painting modification

We provide 2 free revisions for each artwork, and $1.5 service charge for each additional revision after that. (it is purely hand-painted, multiple revisions are not recommended).

Refund

1. If you are not satisfied with the first version, that is, if you are not satisfied with the first hand-painted version and are unwilling to modify it, and request a refund, you can get a full refund (including $5 shipping fee)

2. If you are not satisfied after more than 2 modifications and require a refund, 70% of the order amount can be refunded. (The order amount includes $5 shipping fee)

3. After the hand-painting is completed (after customer confirmation is completed), refunds are not supported.

The refund amount will be returned to your payment account within 1-2 business days. Refunds include shipping charges paid by the customer on their first purchase. To check the status of your refund, please check your PayPal account.
