How long does it take to complete a painting?

After receiving the customer’s picture information and determining the style, Our first version of hand painting will be completed within 3-5 business days.
If you need urgent processing, please inform customer service in advance and we will complete the hand painting within 48 hours. There is a $10 rush fee for expedited orders.

How to pay?

We offer PayPal and support Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. After payment is completed, we will arrange a painter to draw it for you within 24 hours.

Cancel order

Our products are hand-painted works, please consider carefully before placing an order. We accept unconditional cancellation of orders within 24 hours after placing an order. We do not accept cancellations if the order takes more than 24 hours.

What should I do if I am not satisfied with the work?

We provide 2 free revisions for each artwork, and $1.5 service charge for each additional revision after that. (it is purely hand-painted, multiple revisions are not recommended).

1. If you are not satisfied with the first version, that is, if you are not satisfied with the first hand-painted version and are unwilling to modify it, and request a refund, you can get a full refund (including $5 shipping fee)

2. If you are not satisfied after more than 2 modifications and require a refund, 70% of the order amount can be refunded. (The order amount includes $5 shipping fee)

3. After the hand-painting is completed (after customer confirmation is completed), refunds are not supported.

How to choose photos?

Choose a clear front or side photo to ensure the artist can accurately capture features.

Choose a simple and unobtrusive background to ensure the focus is always on your subject. If you wish to include specific background elements, please state this clearly.

If there are special requirements, such as emphasizing certain features or removing unnecessary elements, please inform this in advance when providing the photo.

If there are multiple people in the photo, clearly specify how many people you wish to include in the painting.
