Hand Painted Delivery – Handingwalls

Thank you for your trust in us, we will live up to your expectations.

Our hand painting is usually completed within 3-5 business days after order is placed. If you need urgent processing, please inform customer service in advance and we will complete the drawing within 48 hours. There is a $10 rush fee for expedited orders.

If the hand painting needs to be modified, it may take another 2-3 business days. The specific time depends on the difficulty of the hand painting and the progress of communication with the customer.

The hand-painted drawing will be sent to you within 1-2 business days after it is finalized (After customer confirmation is completed).

Our service hours are Monday-Friday/10:00 AM-6:00 PM (CST).
Orders placed after 6:00pm Monday to Thursday will be processed after 10:00am the next day.
Orders placed after 6:00pm on Friday will be processed after 10:00am on Monday. Orders are not processed on weekends.

Communication before creation

The email needs to contain the following information:
Pictures (clear photos of people or pets)
Do you need 48 hours of expediting? (Expediting requires a fee of $10)
Email address for submission (to receive completed hand-painted paintings)
Other special requirements

Notice:

We will protect your personal information and your photos will only be used for custom hand painting and will not be used elsewhere.

Normally, our artists will sign their paintings, if you don’t like this, please state this in the email.

Confirm cooperation

We will reply to your email within 24 hours. If we accept the manuscript request, we will send you the following email.

After receiving the confirmation email, you need to go to the site to place an order and complete the payment. We will arrange for a painter to draw it for you 24 hours after you place the order.

Our products are hand-painted works, please consider carefully before placing an order. We accept unconditional cancellation of orders within 24 hours after placing an order. We do not accept cancellations if the order has been placed more than 24 hours ago.

Design time

Our first version of hand painting will be completed within 3-5 business days. Expedited hand painting will be completed within 48 hours ($10 rush fee applies).

When the hand drawing is complete it will be sent to you using the email [email protected].

Revise

We would be honored if you are satisfied with our first print.
If you are not satisfied, We provide 2 free revisions for each artwork, and $1.5 service charge for each additional revision after that. (it is purely hand-painted, multiple revisions are not recommended).

Manuscript completed

When you are sure that the hand drawing meets the requirements, we will send you a confirmation email. Please click the Confirm Finalization button:

Refund

1. If you are not satisfied with the first version, that is, if you are not satisfied with the first hand-painted version and are unwilling to modify it, and request a refund, you can get a full refund (including $5 shipping fee)

2. If you are not satisfied after more than 2 modifications and require a refund, 70% of the order amount can be refunded. (The order amount includes $5 shipping fee)

3. After the hand-painting is completed (After customer confirmation is completed), refunds are not supported.

Send out goods

After customer confirmation is completed:

We will send the electronic version to you via email [email protected] within 24 hours.

Physical hand-painted items will be shipped to you within 1-2 business days.
